Electroless Boron Coating

BEMATEK’s nickel-boron coating BoraPlate® has been specially developed for firearms and the defense industry. Our nickel-boron coating is extremely durable thanks to its high hardness and wear resistance, ensuring that coated parts have a longer service life and require less maintenance. The coating also significantly improves heat distribution, allowing the products to operate cooler compared to untreated or conventionally coated parts.

The homogeneous structure of BoraPlate® makes it easy to achieve the desired coating thickness at every point. This feature makes the coating especially suitable for parts with complex-shaped surfaces (such as rifled barrels).
